Mr. Chapagai has been teaching general management subjects in undergraduate and graduate degrees at Nepalese universities/colleges since 2001. Currently, he is working as a Principal and Faculty Member at Excel Business College.

He has completed MBA and MPhil in Management from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He also pursued an MBA from the University of Greenwich, UK. He learned the European standards of business and management education and research training in contemporary issues of Business Administration and Management during his study at Greenwich University. He has also acquired knowledge and Research Skills in Intellectual Property Rights, including WIPO and WTO roles in addressing global challenges and policies such as climate change, agriculture and food security, public health, and trade-related aspects of Intellectual Property Rights from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT). His career objective is to become a good academician, consultant, and researcher in the field of Business Administration, Management, and Intellectual Property Rights.

He has attended and presented research papers at national and international conferences. He has also a wide range of publications in national and international journals.
