Er. Mithlesh Kumar Jha is the General Manager of CG Holdings. A Post Graduate in Engineering Management and Ph.D. Scholar, Mr. Mithlesh Kumar Jha has a wealth of experience in the field of education management and entrepreneurship.
He has worked in several educational institutions as a faculty and administrator. He was the Principal of Himalayan College for Learning Excellence (HICOLE). He is the Head of Education in three colleges run by CG Holdings under CG Learning.
He is a member of the Subject Committee of Science and Technology (Computer) at Purbanchal University, and also is a member of the Management Subject Committee for corporate sector at Tribhuwan University.
He is the chairperson of Corporate Sector Coordination Committee, Nepal Engineer’s Association (NEA) and a life time member of NEA. His expertise includes quality management and standardization. In addition, he is a certified lead auditor for ISO 9001: 2015 certification. He has been nominated as an expert in the roster of Nepal Engineering Council (monitoring quality management system of engineering colleges) as well as by the Ministry of Science and Technology (Cyber Emergency Rescue Team).
Currently, Mr. Jha is working as General Manager for Operations and Business Development Department at CG Holdings. As a HR consultant, he manages real estate and other related departments. He is associated with Petroleum, Hydro and several other strategic business units under CG Holdings. Besides his professional engagements, he is associated with several social and welfare organizations. He is a promoter and board member of Mudi Hydro project.
